Abeke Olatorera Samson (aka Torez) was overweight and on medication for high blood pressure due to the excess weight. She could hardly find clothes that were her size and she didn't like going out or taking pictures.

In 2016, tired of feeling frustrated, she decided to embark on a journey that would change her life. Through maintaining a healthy lifestyle incorporated with exercise, she lost 60lbs (27kg) in a space of nine months. She went from a UK size 22 to a UK size 12.

She is no longer on medication for high blood pressure and has regained her confidence.

Not satisfied with just losing the weight, she decided to also embark on an educational journey to better equip herself. She has since obtained

  • a Diploma in Weight Loss
  • an Advanced Diplomas in Nutrition and Sports & Exercise Nutrition
  • She is a TMP Certified Health Coach
  • She is also a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer
